Corgi 1/72 Boeing B-17F Flying Fortress Sweet & Lovely WW2 (AA33302)
USAF 533rd Squadron, 381st Bomb Group, 65th Fighter Wing. ' Sweet and Lovely' served with the squadron from 1943 and was a radio relay aircraft for the 65th Fighter Wing and eventually retired back to the US on the 7th December 1945. It features the squadron insignia, a black disc with a wide border in yellow and a deaths head wearing a light red helmet with visor up, plume white, all in front of a light blue ariel bomb. It's a large model, being 1:72 scale with a wingspan of 435mm, and has a working bomb bay with load, working flaps and rudder, plus rotating gun turrets.
