Introduced to the US arsenal in 1965 the Patton has undergone many changes. In an attempt to improve protection against new shaped missiles and shells the military have devised reactive bolt on armour and this proved so successful during the 1991 conflict that the Patton was regarded by its US Marine crews as a safe and reliable tank. Not bad for a near forty year old design.

Model is finished in weathered sand, has detachable reactive armour & accessories, moveable turret & gun barrel also functional suspension.Diorama features burnt out tank, 3 US soldiers and sand bag barricade.
