In 1993,Frank Buckley and Steve Cooper took over the company R.Atkinson and the remnants of its all Cummins fleet to form Cooper Buckley Ltd. The Company has an all Volvo fleet of approx 30 vehicles involved in the food industry, using around 20 bulkers to shift produce to processing plants and 40 curtainsiders to move food products to regional distribution centres run by supermarket chains and high street retailers.
