Corgi 1/72 BAE Hawk T.1A RAF Red Arrows (AA36001)
Corgi's superb model of the BAe Hawk advanced fast jet trainer aircraft, in the bright red livery of RAF's world famous Red Arrows aerobatic display team, as flying from RAF Scampton during 2005. One of the best Red Arrows Hawk models at half original price! An antics special! The Red Arrows took delivery of the Hawk trainer in the Winter of 1979/80, converting from the Gnat, and worked up a display using the new aeroplane in time for the 1980 Summer Display Season. Since being intriduced into service with the Red Arrows, the Hawk has taken the Team on tours of Eastern and Western Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Africa and Australia - in all the Red Arrows have displayed in 50 countries. Model length approx 135mm.
