| > Corgi Aviation Archive > World War II, Fighters | Corgi 1/72 RN Fairey Swordfish MkI 810 Sqn Fleet Air Arm (AA36302) W5856 the oldest surviving Swordfish in the world, was built in 1941 by the Blackburn Aircraft Company at Sherburn-in-Elmet.Very little is known of the aircraft while she served in the Mediterranean.In September 1996 W5856 was adopted by the City of Leeds and now proudly wears the City's coat of arms and name on her port side. She currently flies with the Royal Navy Historic Flight at RNAS Yeovilton.Model Wingspan 193mm
