Hobby Master 1/72 RAF Harvard MkII Die-cast Model (HA1510)
Another 'master' die-cast metal model of this very successful aircraft from the Mediterranean Theatre of Operations 1944. Superb detailing in 1/72 scale. Pre-painted with pad applied markings. Fully assembled. Display stand included. Option to display model with wheels up or down. Minimum use of plastic. Very collectable!

These aircraft had differing names, depending on�the country of use and/or the variant of the�airframe. Names included; AT-6, Harvard, Yale, Texan, SNJ, Wirraway and a few others. Fully aerobatic and presenting the student pilot with�situations where he learned to do things correctly or 'else' they�were�stepping stones to the more advanced Spitfires and Mustangs of the era. From the 1930s to the 1960s the Harvard was not limited to just the training role, being�used as a combat aircraft and becoming part of almost every major power's air�inventory. Like the Huey helicopter the Harvard had its own very distinctive sound, caused by the propeller tips going supersonic! A very well regarded aircraft and model.�
