The 332 All Weather Squadron was formed on August 11, 1989, as part of 114 Combat Wing at
Tanagra and was given the call sign “Geraki” (Hawk). On November 1st, 1989, sporting their blue and
gray camouflage paint schemes, the first 14 Mirage 2000s were delivered to former Mirage F-1CG and
F-4E Phantom pilots. 332 Squadron was certified on the Mirage 2000EG in November 1990. The
primary tasks of the Hellenic Mirage 2000s are as an all-weather interceptor and anti-shipping where
