This bus carries the special livery of “Pink & Ride”. This model represents Stagecoach in Cambridge 17007 (S807 BWC).In a campaign to fight Breast Cancer in Cambridgeshire, supported jointly by Cambridgeshire County Council, Cancer Research UK and Stagecoach, Cancer Research UK has benefited from funds raised on the Park & Ride buses operated by Stagecoach in Cambridge during October 2006. On each Tuesday that month Stagecoach donated 50% of the Park & Ride return bus fares, of £2 or £1.50, to the campaign fund and, to highlight the campaign even further, the company repainted one of its fleet of Park & Ride buses into a pink version of the Park & Ride livery. The chosen bus was former Stagecoach London Dennis Trident/Alexander ALX400 17007 and this carries slogans “Think Pink”, “Let’s fight breast cancer in Cambridgeshire” and “Pink & Ride” to highlight the campaign beyond the initial stages.
